Job Description

The Personal Coach at Wall Street English inspires students to achieve their dreams. Through being a brand ambassador, delivering excellent academic support and customer experience, the Coach keeps students highly engaged with Wall Street English and ensures they reach their language learning goals.

Training Program :

In this program, you will be introduced to our unique method, and given training that provides a comprehensive approach to the importance of service and its function with all departments.

You will be trained to support our service team by providing a nurturing, fun, and interactive learning environment, dealing with our customers, providing them with the appropriate services, and being part of life-changing experiences.

Key responsibilities :

  • Coach students toward reaching their educational goals
  • Motivate students throughout the course
  • Create a fun, all-English learning environment
  • Deliver excellent customer service
  • Manage class schedules and a variety of administrative tasks

You Are :

  • Energetic, positive, friendly, and professional
  • Effective communicator and you have interpersonal skills
  • Passionate about education, languages, and providing excellent customer service

Requirements :

  • A fresh graduate eligible for a CIVP contract / Final year Master's Student
  • Excellent command of English
