How to Win Friends and Influence People
In July 8th live session, Irina Cordall explored the book “How to Win Friends and Influence People” by Dale Carnegie.
She discussed the conent of the book, and she started off with techniques in handling people. She talked about how important it is to avoid criticizing and complainging, and how influential giving honest appreciation can be.
Then, she talked about some ways to make people like you. Just remember, it’s always a good idea to smile
Next, she talked about how to win people to your way of thinking. And finally, she discussed how to be a leader.
She examined some methods to influence people without giving offense or arousing resentment. It was an informative and entertaining session, and we had the chance to interact and hear everyone’s opinions!
